Detailed Information:
Prairie Forum an interdisciplinary journal serving as an outlet for research relating to the Northern Plains region. Papers published in the journal are drawn from a wide variety of disciplines but have the common theme of human beings and nature on the Prairies. The Prairies have traditionally been regarded as a significant unit in the fabric of North America, but research on this region has frequently been fragmented through being conducted on a provincial and disciplinary basis. The journal is seen as an important step towards bridging both the geographic and disciplinary boundaries.
